Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift vouchers or coupons.
- Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund based on availability and your preference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake by Helapiyasa.com (wrong item sent or defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
